Why most people arrive here frustrated
Almost everyone we see has already been somewhere else first. The pattern they describe is consistent enough that it is worth naming, because it is the reason this consultation is built the way it is.
- Told their labs were normal, without being told what was measured or what normal meant for them
- Given a single number and a prescription, with no conversation about the rest of the picture
- Sold a protocol before anyone looked at whether they were a candidate for it
- Handed from a coordinator to a nurse to a chart, never sitting with the physician
- Left managing symptoms one at a time, with nobody looking at what connects them
What we do differently
The consultation is the product here, not a step on the way to one. It is free, it is with Dr. Arora, and it is designed to end with you knowing where you actually stand.
We measure before we recommend
Your blood work is done before you meet. After you book, our team sends a lab order you can complete at Quest, Labcorp or another participating lab, so Dr. Arora has your numbers when you sit down. You see your results and we go through them together.
You sit with the physician
Arora MD is physician led and doctor owned, and Dr. Arora is who you meet. Board certified in Internal Medicine, with a fellowship in anti aging and metabolic medicine, and named an NJ Top Doctor in both Hormone Replacement Therapy and Internal Medicine.
We start with your quality of life
Hormone balance can feel abstract. How you feel every day is not. Dr. Arora asks how happy you are, how you are sleeping, your mood and energy, your relationships and how you are performing at work, then looks at what is behind the answers.
Precision Medicine
Dr. Arora’s approach combines three disciplines in one plan: hormone therapy; functional medicine, which looks for the root cause in your labs (blood sugar, cholesterol and heart markers, inflammation, cancer screening and genetics) years before a problem becomes disease; and longevity medicine, which plans for your health 10, 20 and 30 years ahead.

Questions we get asked
If you book the free 15 minute consult, it is a no obligation conversation about your goals and whether a full visit with Dr. Arora is the right next step. If your first visit is your Initial Consultation with Dr. Arora, it is a full medical visit and the initial consultation fee applies; our team confirms it with you when you book.
Yes, and we arrange it for you. Please book at least two weeks ahead. After booking, our team sends you a lab order you can complete at your local Quest, Labcorp or another participating lab. These labs are typically covered by insurance, though coverage varies by plan.
That is a clinical decision and it belongs to Dr. Arora, after reviewing your history and your results. Some patients are candidates and some are not, and we will tell you plainly which you are.
Your plan is built around your labs and your goals, so it depends on what Dr. Arora recommends for you. The 15 minute consult is free.
No. Hormone therapy is an elective treatment and is not typically covered, and we do not bill insurance. What we do instead is quote plainly up front, with payment options we can go over at your consult. If you want to ask your insurer about reimbursing an out of pocket cost, we will give you what you need to do that.
There are several routes and the right one depends on the person: creams and gels applied to the skin, oral capsules, patches, injections, or pellets placed under the skin that release slowly over several months. Which one suits you is part of the conversation with Dr. Arora, not something decided before you are seen.
Your card holds your consult time with Dr. Arora. When you come to your visit, the $50 is not charged; it only applies to a late cancellation or a missed visit.
